Processing Payment

Payment is made for providing access to the service functionality for a specified period or under the terms of the selected tariff.

The user may request a refund in the following cases:

Website or dashboard generator service no longer exists or can no longer be accessed . (This does not apply if the user does not have access to the internet or has a broken device and cannot access the internet. To use the service, an internet connection is required) .

The service is unavailable for technical reasons due to the fault of the performer, and the problem was not eliminated within a reasonable time .

When a refund is not made

Refunds are not made if: access to the paid tariff was actually provided in full.

the service was provided properly and the service functionality is available; the user did not use the service for reasons beyond the control of the provider; the inability to use the service is related to the equipment, browser, user's Internet connection or actions of third parties.

How to submit an application

To consider the issue of refunding funds, the user must send an application to the email address: [email protected]. into new desired media formats in STL 3D formats with the desired dimensions or formats for the chosen design.

The application must indicate: Full name or name of the payer; email used during registration or payment; date, amount and method of payment; description of the reason for the application; document or confirmation of payment.

Consideration period

Applications for refunds are considered within 5 (five) business days from the moment of receipt of all necessary data.

Refund method

In the event of a decision to refund funds, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the payment was made, unless otherwise provided for by the rules of the payment system or legislation.

Additional terms

The consumer's rights to file claims, withdraw from the contract and protect their rights are determined by the current legislation of Austria.
